About Your Instructor
Hannah Yanica is the founder of Auriyalite, a wellness and movement community devoted to helping others feel grounded, sensual, and deeply in tune with themselves through yoga, sound healing, and heels dance experiences.
She Unfolds is a sensual yoga and sound bath experience created to awaken your divine feminine energy. Through slow, fluid movement and immersive sound, you’ll be invited to move your body as an act of love. Sensuality is simply the practice of being present with the senses — allowing yourself to feel deeply and fully inhabit the body. When woven into yoga, it becomes a pathway to liberation, reminding us that yoga is not just movement, but a philosophy and a way of relating to ourselves with compassion, softness, and truth.
